Meant to write to you awhile ago regarding this, but I just wanted to express my gratitude towards John Farrell with his help on 50 perfect bound books for one of my customers last November. After numerous back-and-forth emails hammering down specs, he came in at great price points at my requested quantities, and included an extra competitive price at a higher quantity than my customer had asked for- which the customer ended up going for due to the superb price. He also helped to rush print a proof and overnight shipped it to me to meet the over ambitious needs of my customer. Also wanted to pass along that the actual print/production quality far surpassed my customers expectations. He had printed this book, in the past, elsewhere, and said that this batch came out much better than his last.
