Stitching

Die Cutting

Wafer sealing
1 – Kirk-Rudy 535 Tab Master wafer sealer. Can use clear, White, or colored tabs and will apply stamps from rolls.
Laminating
1 – GBC/pro-tech orca 1600.
1 – GBC/pro-tech falcon, large format- finishing. Used for both mounting and laminating up to 50” wide and 1” thick.
1 – Ledco thoroughbred automated laminator capable of doing 1 and 2 sided laminating of 1.7 – 3 – 5 & 10 mil. Can laminate with edge seal from 5” x 7” to 30” x 40”
1 – GBC h700 heat seal /pouch laminator, for pouch laminating. Pouches are available in many different sizes and configurations. Pouches are special order items.
UV Coating
Fergesen B24 System FE-T series UV Coating System that can coat up to a 24” wide, 60” long piece of paper. The stock minimum for this machine is: #80 coated paper.
Shrinkwrapping
1 – Shrink Tech Systems Model# 1509 will shrink all sizes from 1” to 16” wide and 18” long.
Banding
1- Wexler Packaging Products ATS-MS 420-30 banding machine with 1 ¼”” wide clear plastic or paper banding available
Coil/GBC/cloth binding
2 – James Burn International Docupunch machines, capable of punching, coil, GBC and 3 hole punch, up to 30,000 pcs per hour.
2 – GBC digicoil coil inserters that can coil from 8 mil. To 30 mil books automatically.
1 – GBC hand machine. All GBC is done by hand.
2 – Powis Parker fastback 15x clothbind machines. Up to 1 ½” thick

Our Scott index “Scotty 5000” tab machine can produce tabs of virtually any tab configuration and can laminate those tabs with a multitude of colors.
We normally carry 10 colors in house.
